Weekend Workshops

July 12-13, Maine Yoga Fest, Sunday 1-2:30pm

Healing and Preventing Common Athletic Injuries. Since yogis are athletes and athletes get injured, this includes you!  Bring your aches and pains and and we’ll work together to stabilize, strengthen and heal. We will address wrist, low back and knee pain and discuss your own specific tweaks and creaks.
