Daily Anusara Yoga classes, bird walks (for beginners too!), natural history walks and talks, Ayurveda consultations, beach lounging, dancing, excellent food and great company!
The Osa Peninsula is home to Corcovado National Park and is one of the most biologically diverse places on earth. We will be surrounded by the beauty and wonder of lush tropical rain forest filled with birds, monkeys, flowers and butterflies. It is the perfect place for a laid back, fully guided Central American adventure!
The cost of the retreat is $1400*, which includes
- 7 night stay at Guaria de Osa
- Three delicious, wholesome, gourmet meals, daily with vegetarian options.
- Yoga, breath and meditation classes with Charlotte twice a day.
- Guided bird walks and natural history walks and talks with Charlotte and other staff, daily.
- Guided Experiential Adventures to introduce some of the other highlights of the Osa Peninsula.
- Osa Peninsula transfers which include an ocean boat ride and a safari jeep land trip (coming in and going out)
- Costa Rica Tourist Tax.
- Guaria de Osa donates 10% – 20% of the proceeds to help preserve the rain forest.
